Located in the heart of Belfast, Sinclair House is a 1920’s Art Deco building that currently provides office space to a number of tenants working across a variety of sectors.
What we did
The refurbishment of Sinclair House, a fabulous Art Deco Building in the heart of Belfast, saw RES implement new Access Control, 4G Intercom, IP CCTV and smart led lighting to the main stairwell.
The client can remote view their CCTV from anywhere in the world and access to the building is controlled via proximity tags and 4G mobile phone permissions from the GSM intercom..
“We have been working with RES since moving premises to Sinclair House on Royal Avenue in 2019. This old Art Deco, Listed Building required considerable refurbishment and sympathetic updating. RES installed from scratch a modern access control and electrical lighting system, alongside replacing a manned reception desk, with a much more cost effective wireless controlled, GSM intercom system.
RES could not have been more sympathetic and expert at assisting all existing key holders in this large building in adapting to and getting the most from the new system. RES have also followed up the new ‘electronic fob’ access system, installing internal/external CCTV coverage, that can be viewed by all via an App on their Mobile phones, greatly enhancing personal and premises security. Lastly RES have upgraded and replaced all or our old lighting systems, to much more cost effective LED, fittings, controlled by motion sensors in public areas, making considerable savings on energy consumption.”
